A slow meditative flow through yoga poses that stretch and release, allowing gravity to do the work for us. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin is a great counterbalance to all the movement we do throughout our day and is very beginner friendly.
